Diablo 4 has an in-game shop. You can spend real world money and buy your character new skins, weapons and mounts. Here is a complete guide to Diablo 4’s shop, as well as an up-to-date listing of all current items.

Diablo 4 is great in so many ways (hence we gave it 26/10 in our review), however, there is one controversial issue with the game: microtransactions. But love them or hate them, microtransaction are here to stay. This is just how gaming works in 2023.
So how does the Diablo 4 in-game shop work? There’s one premium currency, Platinum, and you can use this to buy cosmetic sets for either your character, your weapons or your mount. On this page we’ll provide a full overview of each section of the shop, as well as keeping you updated on the current items available to buy.

Diablo 4 Shop: Platinum Costs
Platinum is the currency that you need to buy first, and then you use this currency to get items from the in-game shop. Platinum can be bought in bundles of 200, 500, 1000, 2800, 5700, or 11,500, and it costs the same across each of the major platforms. You buy Platinum directly from your platform’s store, just follow the correct link:
Now, they do offer you better value if you buy bigger bundles of Platinum, but it’s hardly worth it. We’ve gone through and calculated the price per Platinum piece with each bundle for you, take a look:
Bundle Size | Price (USD) / (GBP) |
Price Per 100 Platinum Piece (USD) / (GBP) |
200 | $1.99 / £1.79 | $0.99 / £0.89 |
500 | $4.99 / £4.39 | $0.99 / £0.87 |
1,000 | $9.99 / £8.39 | $0.99 / £0.84 |
2,800 | $24.99 / £20.99 | $0.89 / £0.75 |
5,700 | $49.99 / £41.99 | $0.87 / £0.74 |
11,500 | $99.99 / £84.99 | $0.87 / £0.74 |
As you can see, even if you’re willing to spend $100, you only bring the price per 100 Platinum down by 12 cents. So don’t be mistaken into thinking these big bundles bring huge value.
When Does The Diablo 4 Shop Get Updated?
Based on the current shop countdown, we believe the Diablo 4 shop will be updated once a week at 10am PT every Tuesday (1pm ET, 6pm BST, 7pm CEST). This would be similar to how in-game shops are handled in other Activision Blizzard titles, and this shop clearly takes “inspiration” from those shops.
We will of course update this page if ever Blizzard change the Diablo 4 shop schedule.
Diablo 4 Shop: Cosmetics
Now we get to the main part of the store, and if you play any modern live-service games, you’ll feel (unfortunately) right at home. Acti-Blizz don’t like individual items in their in-game stores however, so everything you find here will be sold in bundles. The Cosmetics section of the shop is divided into class-specific sections, so it’s pretty easy to know what items you’re actually interested in. They start with a “Recommended For You” section, but you can think of this just as a “Featured” section really (none of the items actually are tailored for each specific player).

Diablo 4 Shop: Add-Ons
The add-on store is slightly different from the rest of the store. In this section of the store you will find large bundles that can only be bought with real currency, not Platinum. There are also far fewer bundles in the add-on section of the store.
