Apple had nine brands that would have made the top 300 of the Customer Experience All-Stars list.
American consumers spend about $17 billion every month on goods and services, according to the U.S. Bureau of Economic Analysis. All that money—forked over for groceries, cars, mobile phone plans and more than a few drive-thru tacos—tends to flow to the brands that each consumer trusts more than their competitors.
In partnership with HundredX, Forbes’s new Customer Experience All-Stars list identifies the 300 brands across nine sectors that more than 120,000 U.S. consumers said they view most positively for the company’s products, services and treatment of customers. Buc-ee’s placed No. 1, with Chick-fil-A, Toyota, Costco and In-N-Out Burger rounding out the top five.
Because some companies—we’re looking at you, Apple—would have dominated list, we limited parent companies to a maximum of three brands or products. Below are the companies with additional brands that otherwise would have made the top 300, led by Apple’s nine and four companies with six (Nintendo, PepsiCo, Coca-Cola Co. and Kellogg Co.). The first three products’ rankings on the top 300 are in parentheses, with the parent company’s additional brands following in what would have been their order.
